What's new in this version (2.5):
* Added move to SD
Lifting Log tracks your progress on a per-exercise basis. It doesn't need or want to know the days of the week you workout or your name, body weight, height and pictures of your gut like other over-complicated weight training apps.
It's simply meant to track your reps/weight progress per exercise (e.g. bench, military press, squat) and even graph your increases for each.

Need to be able to create workouts at a minimum. Serious lifters don't go to a gym without a plan. Otherwise I like the theory of keeping it simple.
Not good. No excercise list to choose from. Pretty much a notepad. Jefit is working much better for me.

My favorite logging app. The only thing that Jefit has over this app is the ease of picking your workout where as here you have to type it in yourself
Need to be able to separate into body groups and graphing doesn't work if more than one workout logged.
Great and simple app. Just wish that you could track you're rep progress as well.

Very basic but WORKS as stated. Unable to create routines. UI looks cheap, needs polish.
Gets the job done, simple to use. A split set option would be nice
Exactly what I wanted. Please update to allow group organization i.e. chest, back, legs etc with workouts contained within group
