Read the Help/About page in the app for details. This app, like any other, can NOT just "fixit" for you. The Market generates a unique key when apps are installed and this is not something a developer can just make up or I would've added the option.

Easier to delete vending file in: /data/data/com.android.vending Then restart.

This would be great if it would stop reloading the app list each time.
Bogus app...no dev contact info and uses fake website links on his/her two apps. Users beware! Uninstalling
helpful, but there should be a download all.
