What's new in this version (0.6.0 BETA Removed background service reboot phone after update):

Removed the need for the background service (saves 1Mb+ in memory) but now needs the BROADCAST_STICKY permision to work.

Stop the service before upgrading or just reboot the phone after you have upgraded.

Control Locale from your Bluetooth watch with this Locale and OpenWatch plug-in

Configured entirely in Locale there is no launcher icon (it's a plug-in)

IMPORTANT Check External notifications are enabled in the OpenWatch Settings
