What's new in this version (2.3.0):
NFC Support
If your Android device supports the NFC technology and runs Android >= 2.3.3 you will see a NFC menu from where you can write information to NFC tags (Mifare Classic 1K supported). Then, depending on what you write to a tag, the devices are controlled when you hold the phone in front of the tag. Please refer to the Help for further information.
Description
RemoteStick lets you remotely control lights and other electronics as well as monitor sensors from your phone.
Requires a Telldus Tellstick with Telldus Live! activated. Please read more about Telldus and the different Tellsticks at http://telldus.com. Obviously, you will also need additional hardware to control and/or monitor. Please see Telldus site for compatible devices, http://telldus.com/products/compability.
A Tellstick is used to communicate with wireless consumer electronics on the band 433MHz (European standard). When activating a Telldus Live! account the Tellstick is getting accessible by RemoteStick through Internet.
Please, do NOT ask questions in the review section as I'm unable to answer them from there. Send an e-mail to hello@remotestick.org.
